The intention of the shift was to do Ion Polarimeter studies. However the
nanoameter we were supposed to use did not work and when we got the beam
at around 10pm Yuan looked at the behavior of the power sources of the Ion
polarimeter voltages with the beam on.

On the positive side, HV Gui worked fine. The Beamgate works: need to run
beamgate_on from dblast07, then the gui will turn beamgate on and off.
