Does the "new daemon" use the new BLAST_physics database yet? Let me know
how it works, I set it up about ten days ago (I emailed about it at the
time) and I have not heard anything, so I assume everything is fine?
I was thinking maybe there would be questions about the queries etc. but
if everything was figured out that's perfect...
