To organise the day to day work which needs to be done during the shutdown
there will be organisational meetings every Monday and Wednesday.
Following today's meeting the plan is:
- work will proceed on the ABS
- plan to turn on the BLAST Toroid for ABS studies ~Thursday+/-1day
- work should proceed on the TOF and Cerenkov to replace bad tubes
- the magnetic field test on the empty Cerenkov tube should be
prepared in time for ~Thursday when the toroid will be powered for ABS
- the maintenance work on the BLAST frame, cables, gas lines should
start
- the nitrogen flush of the wire chamber entrance / exit windows
should be installed
- bad wire chamber boxes should be replaced
There will be a general shutdown meeting to coordinate the work and
manpower for the shut down Wednesday at 15:00.
