does anyone care if i remove the PAW histograms inside of the Monte Carlo?
as far as i am aware, everyone on the project uses ROOT. the cumbersome
code that exists currently in the monte carlo just slows it down; the PAW
histograms appear just to be leftover relics from the last generation of
analysis. if no one cares, i shall remove such code.
