This was essentially an analysis shift with the addition of providing
support to the polarimeter crew.
Analysis work focused on tdc offsets. Because it seems that the offsets
produced by the code seem to shift I have written a diagnostic code to
overlay multiple sets of offsets for comparison but this work is still in
progress.
I have spoken to Jason about perhaps incorporating these offsets into
show_protons.C (which will be done through creation of a new ntuple)
