We had to put quite a lot of voltage on a few NC tubes, in order to bring
them in the ball park of the target channel.
Most of the tubes are above 2500 V (absolute values, of course), but a few
are as high as 2800 or 2900 V (the limit is 3000 V, as far as I know).
If we think that is a problem for the NC tubes, we should lower the target
channel.
