Continued gain matching at 1300 target channel for a few tubes.
Most notably RB8 and RB15 were several hundred channels off. All channels
are within +/- 100 channels now. TOF_1300.sql was updated reflecting
this.
Spent much time studying the shifting of pedestals. Comparing runs 2374
and 2382 we see approx a 20 channel shift systematically for all left top
TOFs. This was not resolved.
Asked for beam late in the shift and proceeded to start the retiming.
Start counter is physically on the right, and cabled into LTOF15. Also,
LTOF14 has been unplugged in the D-tunnel as it is OR'd in the trigger.
