owl shift 10/25: chris crawford & yuan xiao

we continued tof efficiency studies, on paddles L0-L3.
we put all 4 small paddles L4-L7 into the trigger, and got meaningful data from
them,
AFTER a hall access, and noticing that three of the paddles had come untaped.

significant runs:
2338 1300 setting, 31.3 mV threshold
2340 1300 setting, 20.9 mV threshold

were unable to do 1500 gain-matched setting, as we were unsure what the correct
voltages were.
