I thought of another possibility on why the CODA rate and MLU scaler
rate differ. If the CS (OR of MT of TOFs) is coming from the pins on
the OR that are the OR of all TOFs, then everything is fine. But if the
trigger is any TOF, and the CS is coming from the pins that are just the
OR of the left TOFs (say), then you'll have roughly half the MLU events
without a CS. I know for a while we were interested in the MT of only
the left TOFs (when we were looking at relative timing of left TOFs
w.r.t. the start counter).
I'll check the OR pins in the D-Tunnel today.
