[BLAST_SHIFTS] REBOOT? Please don't.

Dear BLAST users,

Please do not reboot the SPUD systems, unless you know what you are
doing!

Spud1 has been rebooted several times this month without a proper
shutdown procedure. That means the reset or power button was hit. There
should *NEVER* be a reason to do this.
When that happens, the RAID5 parity bit can not be trusted when the
system comes back, so Linux will recreate the parity bit all over again.
This takes a lot of time and a lot of CPU. Worse, during this procedure,
a disk failure would mean that all the data written during the procedure
gets lost. That is a lot of ifs, and thus very unlikely, but still,
PLEASE DO NOT RESET A SYSTEM. Shut it down properly. If you don't know
how, then don't do it.

Thank you very much,

        Maurik
