Guys-

        I can not make today's analysis meeting. Here is my update:
Regarding the handout I gave at the previous meeting there is a revision
(yet again) in progress. Succinctly it is this: So far, just to get the
code working, I have assumed that the TDC calibration is indeed 50
psec/ch. But this is only an assumption. I am trying to set things up so
that we deal only with measured values.

  I will try and get this working ASAP and present details at the next
meeting.
