hi blast'ers
  i branched of the stable version of BlastLib2, blastmc, and
Blast_Params, with the tag 'v2'. now people are clear to check unstable
code into the head branch.
  if you need something that works now, do
            cvs up -r v2 blastmc BlastLib2 Blast_Params
this will put you on the stable branch, (you can check in bugfixes
there). however, let us focus the majority of our effors on the newer
version.
