Hi all again

I checked in anothre script to BlastLib2: Cuttest_draw.C.

it shows how to use TBLCut in root draw method. It does 9 plots from the
very basic simple cuts to extracting tof_hit positions(tdc top - tdc
bottom) and extracting left right coincidences.

I hope the syntax is straight froward enough.
