Attached are the Cerenkov ADCs from Chris Crawford's runs of the
evening of 7/18 where the HV was raised from "default" value in
run 734 to +5% in run 736 to +10% in run 741. It's pretty clear
that the quality of the spectrum deteriorates as HV is raised.
