There was confusion earlier about the retiming OR (I saw it today coming
out from the 3rd pair of pins which a while ago corresponded to the left
sector).
After doublechecking, we saw that the inputs to the retiming OR were
swapped too (the 3rd pair of pins corresponds to the right sector now), so
the changes compensated each other.
As John suggested, I plugged the retiming OR into the 8th pair of pins,
which corresponds to (left OR right) - we'll clean it up in software and
it's safer now!
Anyway, all the runs taken so far are good - it was just my fear when I
saw the output of the retiming OR taken from a different place than the
one I knew a while ago...
