we put the detectors back together, closed the hall, and took some data
with "JCplan_right_9.settings" (runs 607-612)
the flasher was not installed on the start counter.

we suspect a light leak in the LTOF11 scintillator; the adc's are real
high, but the tdc's don't fire very often (because the signal is always
above threshold?)
