new DST, reconstruction and analysis

Hello BLASTers,

        I have added the DST to BlastLib2 (it is in TBLEvent).
You can use it with the macro (located in cvs run directory)

        reconDST.C

it will make a DST file called "dst.root" .
you can then read it back with

        analyzeDST.C

                        Have fun.
