Hello BLASTers,
I have got out of the habit of have regular software
meeting, but I think we should get them back in gear. So
I would like to have a meeting tomorrow, Wednesday Feb 13
at 2:00 pm in the Bates Conference Room.
One thing I would like to discuss is whether or not
re should move to a second generation of libBlast.so . If
we did this we could fix a few basic problem - but we would
not be backwards compatible. Things like
o Unique geometry for each sector
o put wc1 (Tong's code) at the heart of reconstruction
o break up TBLRecon
o use TBLRaw
o Get rid of old c-structures & replace with classes
o anything else?
Any ideas? Do you think this would be useful at this
stage? Can you help with the migration?
Tim
