I agree, we are wasting time and it is not a question of first or second ...
But now, if I am not using autoconf, what am I supposed to do? (especially
if I do not want to waste time). The regular scheme does not work, so I
had to get back to my original idea!

Well, the part in userGen was put there by Ed Six, it has not been used (I
left it there just because it was there, that is my understanding of CVS);
the part in blastmc is there, because, as I said, it is more for studying
background than physics...

Well, the background is there too, but if you do not have a negative value
for IKINE, you do not care about that either...

Yeah, it is just you did not think of those who do not use autoconf... You
had good reasons for your changes, but the regular makefile scheme does
not work, and there were problems when moving a shared object, as I
signaled at the time - these were my reasons, and I repeat, we had no
problems with running the code that way.

Anyway, I am not trying to impose anything either, if the Moller is not
working under CVS from now on, I will simply do my study in my area, no
CVS involved.
Way too much sweat for nothing!
