Dear Blasters,
Trying to help Simon out a little, I updated the configure script to be
more friendly, somewhat.
There is still a little work to do, but at least with the new
configure.in and blastmc/Makefile.in the blast code compiles again.
Atleast on MY system.
Remains to be done with blastmc/Makefile.in
Better resolving of the needed X11 and Motif libraries.
If Motif is not found, set NO_MOTIF and put #ifdefs in the source, cpp
the source.
Make sure the code compiles on campus ;-)
